ACTIV8 BODY FIT– 60 min class
Easy to follow total body workout combining strength, cardio, balance and core using dumbbells, resistance bands, fitballs, steps, plates and body weight exercises. This class will get you fit and strong whilst having fun
ENDURO FIT– 75 min class
A higher intensity cardio and strength class challenging every major muscle group using dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, plates & body weight. Classes include high-intensity interval training (hiit), tabata, cardio and strength circuits, plyometrics and more to keep you motivated and challenged. No matter what your fitness level, you'll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!
*All classes cater for both men and women of all fitness levels, ages and abilities with nobody being left behind. The intensity of each class depends on the individual.
